H.E. Mr. Al-Otaibi, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Japan received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Rufin ZOMAHOUN, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Benin to Japan

H.E. Mr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Otaibi, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Japan received and welcomed a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Rufin Zomahoun, Ambassador of the Republic of Benin to Japan, around three thirty in the afternoon.
Both of the Ambassadors have exchanged their views regarding bilateral relation and international affairs for about an hour. Moreover, in a cheerful and friendly atmosphere, Their Excellencies have agreed to further promote friendly relations between the State of Kuwait and the Republic of Benin.
