Dinner in honor of H.E. Mr. Yoshikatsu NAKAYAMA, Special Advisor to H.E. the Prime Minister. 　3/8/2010

H.E. Ambassador Abdul-Rahman Al-Otaibi hosted a dinner in honor of H.E. Mr. Yoshikatsu NAKAYAMA, Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Japan, at his residence in Tokyo.
The dinner was an exceptional opportunity to exchange opinions and thoughts on the ways to enhance and strengthen the bilateral relations between Japan and the State of Kuwait. This opportunity is also a proof of the sustainable convergence between Japan and the Arab World.
